Arnt computers suppose to be perfect?

The artificient opponen / play the computer thing is horrible. I dont know what algorithms this thing uses to try and "win" but it: 1. Ignores clear chances to win on most occasions, 2. Dosnt try to block my move when I clearly can get four in a row and it could block me.
